Mount Kisco’s 8th Annual Photo Exhibition

Theme: The Nature, Culture, and People of Mount Kisco

The Mount Kisco Conservation Advisory Council (CAC), in partnership with the Mount Kisco Historical Society and the Tree Preservation Board, invites photographers of all ages and skill levels to take part in the 8th Annual Photography Exhibition.

Submissions are open now through September 7, 2025 — and entry is completely free.

Each photographer may submit up to two digital images in any (or all) of the following four categories:

  • Nature

  • Culture

  • People

  • Sesquicentennial (this special category celebrates Mount Kisco’s 150th anniversary with photos from this year’s events, parades, exhibitions, historic spots, or even personal vintage photos)

To submit your work, email your photos to kiscophoto@gmail.com. All images must have been taken within the Village of Mount Kisco. To request an entry form or get more information, just send a quick message to the same email.

What happens to the photos?

  • Sixty selected images will be displayed at the Mount Kisco Public Library this November.

  • All submitted photos will be featured in an online gallery at KiscoPhoto.org.

A Gala Opening Reception will be held on Wednesday, November 12, at 5:30 PM, with:

  • Certificates of Merit for standout photographs

  • Special recognition for young photographers (under 18)

  • Refreshments and music to celebrate the exhibit

While technical quality matters, judges will place the highest value on photos that tell a story or capture the feeling of Mount Kisco’s people, culture, and natural beauty.

So dig into your archives or grab your camera and show us how you see Mount Kisco.
